VS_HelpVar()         Override READVAR() passed w/hotkey

Description:

  VS_HelpVar() allows the programmer to override the default READVAR()
  value passed to VS_HELP() and VS_MAKEHLP().

Syntax:     

  VS_HelpVar( c_NewVar )

Pass:       

  c_NewVar is a character expression that should contain the value
  to use in place of the default READVAR().

Return:     

  Nothing
